Tom Flora

Mr. Flora brings eighteen years experience in database systems design, implementation and management with a specialization in solutions for fixed income funds since 1996. While Chief Administrative Officer at CCM LLC, Mr. Flora was responsible for the technology, processes, and resources to support portfolio management, investment operations, fund accounting and secure electronic data interchange. Prior to this, he served as Enterprise Technology Manager at Atlantic Portfolio Analytics & Management, Inc. where he was responsible for managing technology and portfolio accounting and operations systems for complex, highly levered MBS derivative funds and fixed income index funds. Mr. Flora has maintained a Microsoft Certified Professional designation since 1995, and has been certified on the SQL Server database system, Visual Basic, and the Windows operating system.
